Join musical superhero Amanda Palmer as she brings The Grand Theft Orchestra to the Wonder Ballroom to promote her new album Theater is Evil!

Amanda Palmer first rose to fame when she was the lead singer, pianist, and lyricist of the duo The Dresden Dolls. With her amazing talent she has since focused on her solo career. Amanda is unique in the way that she stays very well connected with her fans, new and old, through the internet. Her sites include a forum, blog, free music sites and social networking, fundraising, and direct-to-fan marketing. In 2009 she raised over $19,000 by connecting directly with followers on Twitter for an event called Losers of Friday Night on Their Computers. Amanda is also known for some interesting controversial topics including lyrics from her song "Oasis" and a skit with comedian Margaret Cho protesting Proposition 8.
