8:00am-9:00am – Meet and greet local ‘real life’ superheroes, take pictures, enjoy music, comics, crafts, goodie bags, healthy bars, sports drinks, and more.
9:00am – Kids 2K Fun Walk or Run Starts - East to West
9:15am – 5K Superhero Race - West to East
9:30am – 2K Superhero Race - West to East
Are you faster than Superman? Wonder Woman? Join hundreds of runners, superheroes, and all ages for a fun filled day of super powers.
Superhero Fun Run 2K 5K is a benefit for OMHOF.org for music education in Oregon schools. Join for a day of fitness, fun and entertainment. Parents cheer on all the kids as they participate in the Fun Run. Kids cheer on moms and dads as they pass over the finish line after a 2K or 5K through beautiful Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade Loop around the willamette River and the city of Portland.
Costumes or Capes are encouraged but optional.
You don’t have to run (or walk) to have a great time. There will be superheroes, comics, goodie bags, complimentary health bars, sports drinks, and a free picture area with superheroes, along with a fun raffle with amazing prizes.
