Portland hasn't always been a nicely planned model city. Back in the mid twentieth century, it was awash with gambling and corruption (gasp!) pinball. This edition of Stumptown Stories will delve into the seedy, nasty, gagster-iffic side of Portland that came to national attention in 1957.
