The Doubleclicks with Tim Hammer
The Doubleclicks are a nerd/folk/sister band who sing about Dungeons and Dragons, beatboxing, and lots and lots of heartbreak.
They post music quite frequently on the YouTubes. A song they wrote about Dungeons and Dragons has a rad animated music video (see below).
They are based in Portland, Oregon. They've performed with Marian Call and in a Nerds and Music show with Paul and Storm, Hank Green and Mike Phirman. They sang backup for Paul & Storm at PAX once. It was awesome.
Tim Hammer is a unique one-liner comedian who started performing stand-up comedy in late 2009. He was runner-up in the 2011 Portland's Funniest Person Contest, out of a field of about 100 entrants. Has performed all over the NorthWest at venues like Helium Comedy Club and Comedy underground. He was also chosen to perform in the 2011 Bridgetown Comedy Festival.
